The City of Rock Hill (MO) is undergoing a re-genesis. In years past, the City was facing challenges that forced its municipal offices, police and fire departments into temporary and hugely inadequate facilities.
Our team developed a community engagement program to “reimagine” the city including evaluating options for new administrative, police and fire facilities. This program led to a bond proposal being placed on the April 2016 ballot.
The proposal, Proposition R, passed with 78% of the voters voting yes on the proposal for new city facilities.
